Job Title: HR Transformation Discover Graduate.
Program Type: This is part of the Discover Graduate Program, which is a 2-year program for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities (What you will do):
The selected graduate will contribute to governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and communications through the following detailed tasks:
Documentation & Presentations: Support the development and formatting of presentations, reports, and communication materials for HR transformation initiatives.
Project Management: Maintain governance trackers, project documentation, and RAID logs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
KPIs: Contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and consolidation of half‑year and year‑end achievements.
Meetings Coordination: Coordinate and support meetings and workshops, including planning agendas and capturing action points.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and updates for transformation activities.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative and organisational support, including diary management, documentation, and Teams site maintenance.
Governance Forums: Support the wider Transformation team in preparing for key governance forums.

Requirements (Who you are):
VOIS is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented graduate who meets the following strict criteria:
Education: Background in Business or Communications is preferred but not essential.
Experience: Fresh graduates are the target audience for this 2-year program.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of MS Word and other productivity tools.
Professional Skills:
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Interested in HR, transformation, project management, communications, or change management, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
