Copyright Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
Recru By Egyincs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted this policy to address copyright infringement claims on our platform (egyincs.me).
As a job search engine and aggregator, we index publicly available job postings and allow authorized employers to post jobs directly. If you believe that your copyrighted work (such as job descriptions, logos, or brand materials) has been copied or displayed on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure below.
1. Submitting a Takedown Notice
To request the removal of infringing content, the copyright owner or their authorized representative must send a written notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) or specific location on our website where the alleged infringing material is located.
Your contact information, including your full name, official corporate email address, and phone number.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. Processing the Request
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act promptly to investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also make a good-faith attempt to contact the user or employer who posted the material (if applicable) so they may issue a counter-notice.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Recru By Egyincs maintains a strict “repeat infringer” policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users, employers, or recruiters who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or post unauthorized content.
