Direct Apply” uses Recru’s internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to collect and filter candidates. “External Apply” simply redirects candidates to your custom URL or career page to apply there.

Go to your dashboard and navigate to Job Activity > Applied. There you will see the current stage of your application (e.g., Phone Screening, Interview, Rejected).

You can easily set up “Job Alerts” from the Jobs search page or at the bottom of any job details page. Choose your desired keywords, location, and frequency (Daily or Weekly).

Yes! For jobs marked as “External Apply”, you will be redirected to the employer’s website without needing an account. However, for “Internal Apply” jobs, you must log in and have a completed profile.

For internal applications, Recru requires a 100% completed profile. If your profile is empty or lacks an uploaded CV, the system will automatically reject your application. Please complete your profile and try applying again.

Use the Meeting tab in your dashboard to schedule online or offline interviews. You can set the date, time, and share the meeting link directly with the shortlisted candidates.
