Welcome to Recru By Egyincs (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website (egyincs.me) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. Nature of Our Services
Recru By Egyincs operates as both a direct job board and a job search engine (Aggregator).
Direct Postings: Employers can register and post jobs directly on our Platform.
Aggregated Listings: We also index and aggregate publicly available job listings from external employment websites, corporate career pages, and third-party boards to provide a centralized search experience for job seekers.
2. Eligibility
Job Seekers: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. All information provided in your profile and applications must be accurate and truthful.
Employers/Recruiters: You must be an authorized representative of the company you claim to represent. You are responsible for verifying your company details and ensuring the accuracy of your job postings.
3. User Responsibilities & Restrictions
By using our Platform, you agree NOT to:
Post false, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal job advertisements.
Charge job seekers any fees for applying to a job. Our service is 100% free for job seekers, and we strictly prohibit employers from requesting application or processing fees.
Misuse the Platform’s data through unauthorized scraping, spamming, or distributing malware.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
4. Job Listings & Third-Party Links (External Applications)
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee employment, the availability of any specific job, or the quality of candidate matches.
External Links: For aggregated jobs, clicking “Apply” may redirect you to a third-party website (e.g., LinkedIn, the company’s official site, etc.). We do not control these external sites, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or hiring processes. You submit your information to these third parties at your own risk.
Employer Independence: Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions. Recru By Egyincs is not a party to any agreement or contract between a job seeker and an employer.
5. Content Removal & Takedown Policy
We respect the rights of companies and content creators. If you are an authorized representative of a company and wish to have your aggregated job listings removed from our Platform, please contact us at [email protected] from your official company email address. We will process your takedown request promptly and permanently remove the listings.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, logos, design elements, and software related to Recru By Egyincs are the exclusive property of our platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Trademarks and logos of third-party companies displayed in aggregated job posts belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recru By Egyincs shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Disputes, interactions, or contracts between job seekers and employers.
Technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss.
The accuracy, safety, or validity of third-party job posts.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the account of any user (job seeker or employer) who violates these Terms & Conditions, posts fraudulent jobs, or engages in harmful behavior, without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
