Financial Modeling & IP Creation: Build, develop, and maintain complex analytical models, contributing directly to Intellectual Property (IP) creation and standardized VCA offerings.

Graduation Cohort: Must complete your qualification by June 2026 (Recent graduates from the academic classes of 2024 and 2025 are explicitly welcome to apply).

Targeted Majors: Exclusively open to candidates holding or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business.

Analytical Agility: Demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, high intellectual curiosity, and an aggressive, performance-oriented passion for the payment industry and emerging technologies.

Professional Competencies: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic to adapt rapidly to changing business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Possess a global mindset with the ability to work constructively and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, even in the absence of a direct reporting line.

Rotational Immersion: Participate in a dynamic 1-year rotational program, shifting every 2-3 months across various sub-functions within your assigned department to gain comprehensive end-to-end operational exposure.

KPI Achievement: Take direct responsibility for the execution of day-to-day plans and achieving strictly agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within your designated corporate track.

Direct Reporting & Alignment: Report directly to specific line managers during each sub-function rotation, ensuring your daily deliverables actively align with the department’s overarching business objectives.

Skill Enhancement: Actively participate in personalized development plans and continuous skill-building workshops focusing on technical aptitude and professional corporate communication.

Corporate Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to all Nestlé corporate principles, internal policies, occupational safety guidelines, and local legal regulations.
