SLA Compliance: Abide by strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing your Average Handling Time (AHT) to swiftly resolve customer financial requests and technical complaints.

Customer Retention: Manage and retain frustrated or unsatisfied customers by deploying effective problem-solving techniques and executing professional service recovery workflows.

Data Escalation: Accurately record, analyze, and escalate complex customer requests and technical system complaints to higher tiers to continuously enhance the bank’s service quality.

Academic Standing: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized academic qualification (open to all faculties).

Geographic Requirement: Must be a current resident of Cairo, Egypt, to ensure seamless daily commuting to the El Sherouk contact center facility.

Linguistic & Tech Skills: Possess a strong, professional command of the English language (both spoken and written) and demonstrate solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Behavioral Agility: Exhibit high resilience, accountability, and the agility to handle diverse and emotionally charged customer service situations under pressure.

Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization to balance strict call-time metrics with high-quality customer care.

Workshop Operations: Execute hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks for complex oilfield equipment within the Reservoir Performance and Production Systems divisions.

Live Project Execution: Apply academic engineering theories directly to active, live field projects alongside industry-leading technical experts to solve daily operational challenges.

Well Construction Support: Assist senior technicians in the assembly, teardown, and rigorous physical inspection of highly specialized Well Construction machinery.

HSE Compliance: Navigate highly demanding industrial workshop environments while strictly adhering to global Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

Academic Standing: Must be an actively enrolled Engineering undergraduate student, strictly operating in your Junior or Senior academic year (3rd or 4th year).

Time Commitment: Be fully available to commit to an intensive, full-time 1-month program during either July or August 2026.

Location Availability: Must be physically capable of commuting and operating daily on-site at the heavy-duty SLB workshop located in 6th of October City, Egypt.

Operational Mindset: Possess a strong sense of adventure, physical stamina, and a willingness to “get your hands dirty” in a demanding field environment.

Operational Execution: Support day-to-day departmental operations through rigorous administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks across diverse corporate functions.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, and meticulously validate business data to assist in preparing critical reports, trackers, and executive dashboards.

Periodic Corporate Activities: Contribute actively to periodic, high-stakes corporate activities such as complex month-end financial closings, project follow-ups, and operational performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional teams to proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, action plans, and departmental deliverables.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain highly accurate documentation and ensure absolute adherence to internal corporate policies, procedures, and audit controls.

Continuous Improvement: Provide agile support on ad-hoc business assignments, conduct market research tasks, and contribute fresh ideas to continuous improvement initiatives.

Academic Standing: Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate student expecting to officially graduate within the next 1 to 2 years (e.g., Juniors and Seniors).

Targeted Majors: Open to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or a closely related discipline.

Academic Excellence: Demonstrate a history of strong academic performance paired with a proactive, eager willingness to learn in a highly professional environment.
