Core Responsibilities & Available Tracks

• High-Volume Cash Operations & Teller Services: Process daily over-the-counter transactions—including cash deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchange—across various account categories (current, savings, overdraft, and General Ledger accounts).

In heavy commercial and industrial centers like New Cairo and 10th of Ramadan, cash points process immense corporate liquidity flows and high-volume payroll distributions daily. Operating at this scale introduces direct operational and regulatory risks. A Cash Point Agent acts as an essential security shield against counterfeit banknotes, fraudulent cheque endorsements, and cash variances. Discrepancies in the General Ledger (GL) or vault misallocations can trigger operational audits and violate strict liquidity caps set by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). By mastering high-speed banknote validation, systematic signature verification, and precise vault balancing, professionals in this role uphold the bank’s balance-sheet integrity while supporting the daily cash needs of regional businesses.

Launch your retail banking career with Commercial International Bank (CIB) as a Teller across Heliopolis, Nasr City, and New Cairo. Act as the vital front-line face of the bank, executing high-volume cash transactions, managing ATM operations, and delivering superior customer service while ensuring absolute Central Bank compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Cash Counter Operations: Process all cash and non-cash counter transactions accurately and in alignment with set objectives, maintaining an absolute zero cash shortage or excess at the counter.
• ATM Management & Custody: Execute end-to-end ATM functions, including preparing daily proof sheets, handling captured cards, managing on-site machine replenishment, and reporting hardware malfunctions.
• Reconciliation & Error Scrutiny: Investigate discrepancies in balancing and reconciliation of cash and security items following strict branch Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals.
• Counterfeit Detection & AML Compliance: Check thoroughly for counterfeit banknotes, fraudulent cheques, and forged identities, ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

• Service Level Standards: Adhere strictly to bank benchmarks for average waiting and serving times, handling customer inquiries efficiently and escalating complex operational issues to the Head Teller or Operations Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Academic Standing: Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent commercial qualification.
• Experience Level: Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Linguistic Capabilities: Good command of both English and Arabic languages (spoken and written) for clear communication and system navigation.
• Software Literacy: Adept in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, internet tools, and corporate email systems.
• Behavioral Competencies: Process-oriented and service-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to handle pressure at the counter.

Technical Edge: Why End-of-Day Balancing & Counterfeit Detection matters at CIB?

Operating as a front-line Teller at a major financial institution like CIB requires absolute procedural precision within core banking systems. The role goes far beyond rapid cash counting; it is an active risk control function. Tellers are the frontline defense against financial loss, responsible for identifying counterfeit currency, verifying forged signatures, and balancing the cash drawer with the daily settlement sheet before closing the branch. In high-traffic commercial and retail hubs like Heliopolis, Nasr City, and New Cairo, cash turnover is massive. If a teller accepts an invalid cheque or miscalculates cash shipments to the central vault, it disrupts the branch’s daily accounting position and triggers regulatory non-compliance. Mastering this technical discipline—maintaining zero cash shortages while adhering to strict serving-time limits—is what establishes operational excellence in retail banking.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for the Teller position across East Cairo branches, the panel will evaluate your honesty, risk-awareness, and composure under pressure. Do not focus solely on how fast you can count money. Demonstrate your understanding of SOP Adherence and Counterfeit Verification. If presented with a situational scenario where a customer is in a rush and demands an immediate large cash deposit right before closing, outline your structured response: “I would maintain a calm, polite demeanor, but I would never bypass security controls to save time. I would systematically run the bills through the counterfeit detector, verify the customer’s account credentials and signature on the system, and confirm the transaction according to standard AML procedures. My primary responsibility is ensuring a zero-shortage balancing sheet and protecting the bank from operational fraud.”

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Are fresh graduates eligible to apply for this Teller role at CIB?
A: Yes, CIB explicitly accepts candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, making this an ideal entry-level opening for recent graduates with relevant commercial degrees.

Launch your financial sales career with QNB Egypt as an Outsourced Telesales Agent across New Cairo and Giza. Drive the bank’s retail revenue through high-volume outbound calling, expertly matching QNB’s financial products to client needs while maintaining strict banking compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Documentation: Initiate new customer accounts efficiently and ensure the timely, accurate delivery of all required financial documents to maintain pristine bank records.
• Sales Reporting & Tracking: Prepare detailed sales reports for the Telesales Supervisor and attend regular performance meetings to review daily, weekly, and monthly progress on goals.

Required Qualifications

• Academic Standing: Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree specifically in Commerce, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial field.
• Experience Level: Exclusively open to highly energetic fresh graduates (0 years) up to junior sales professionals with a maximum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Employment Type: Acknowledge that this is an “Outsourced” position, meaning you will actively represent QNB’s products but will be legally contracted through a specialized third-party vendor.
• Commercial & Soft Skills: Exhibit foundational selling, communication, and negotiation skills, paired with a deeply service-oriented and enthusiastic mindset.
• Linguistic & Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate a good command of both English and Arabic languages, alongside basic computer skills for CRM and sales report generation.

Technical Edge: Why AML Compliance & Sales Reporting matters at QNB?

Operating as an outsourced Telesales Agent for a multinational bank like QNB requires a delicate balance between aggressive revenue generation and absolute legal compliance. The job explicitly highlights complying with “CBE regulations, banking law, and AML regulations.” When closing a deal over the phone for a credit card or a personal loan, the agent is the bank’s first line of defense against financial fraud. If an agent secures a sale but fails to collect the exact Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, or ignores anti-money laundering (AML) red flags just to hit a quota, it exposes the bank to catastrophic legal risks. Mastering the ability to track your daily sales pipeline via detailed reports while flawlessly executing compliance SOPs is what transforms an entry-level caller into a trusted banking professional.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for this QNB Telesales role, the hiring manager will aggressively test your resilience to rejection and your pipeline management strategy. Do not give a generic answer like “I will keep calling until they buy.” You must demonstrate an understanding of Conversion Ratios and Needs-Based Selling. If asked how you would hit a difficult monthly target, tell the interviewer: “I understand that telesales is a numbers game governed by conversion metrics. If my target is 10 closed loans, and my conversion rate is 10%, I know I must make 100 highly targeted outbound calls. To increase that conversion rate, I won’t just pitch the product blindly. I will actively listen to the client to identify their financial pain points—whether it’s school fees or a car purchase—and then pitch the specific QNB product that solves that exact need, ensuring I close the sale while fully complying with CBE regulations.” Proving you have a structured, mathematical approach to sales will instantly secure your acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What does “Outsource” mean for this QNB Telesales position?
A: “Outsourced” means you will be officially selling and representing QNB Egypt’s financial products, but your legal employment contract, payroll, and direct HR administration will be handled by a specialized third-party agency partnered with the bank.

Q: Where will I be working if I am accepted?
A: This telesales position is actively recruiting to place candidates in operations located across two major areas: New Cairo and Giza.

Q: Do I need prior call center or banking experience to apply?
A: No, prior banking experience is not required. QNB explicitly welcomes fresh graduates with 0 to 2 years of general retail sales experience who possess high energy and strong communication skills.

Launch your retail banking career with Commercial International Bank (CIB) as a Teller at the prestigious El Tagamoa El Khames branch in New Cairo. Act as the vital front-line face of the bank, executing high-volume cash transactions, managing ATM operations, and delivering superior customer service while ensuring absolute Central Bank compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Cash & Counter Operations: Process all cash and non-cash counter transactions accurately, maintaining an absolute zero cash shortage or excess to ensure maximum control over the branch’s cash balance.
• ATM Management: Perform all ATM functions, including preparing daily proof sheets, handling captured cards, replenishing on-site machines, and reporting any malfunctions for immediate repair.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Investigate thoroughly any discrepancies in cash balancing by following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain accurate checking of all end-of-day reports.
• Compliance & Fraud Detection: Check meticulously for counterfeit currencies, fraudulent cheques, and fake identities, adhering strictly to CBE regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Digital Migration & Cross-Selling: Introduce alternative digital channels to customers to reduce branch traffic, and proactively cross-sell bank products based on customer needs to achieve branch KPIs.
• Customer Experience: Handle customer requests efficiently within bank standards for average waiting and serving times, escalating complex problems to the Head Teller or Operations Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Academic Standing: Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree specifically in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or an exact equivalent.
• Experience Level: Exclusively open to ambitious Fresh Graduates (0 years) up to junior banking professionals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Behavioral Competencies: Must be highly process-oriented and service-oriented, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mitigating operational risks.
• Linguistic & Technical Skills: Exhibit a good command of both English and Arabic languages, paired with adept proficiency in using basic software such as MS Office, internet portals, and email.
• Geographic Placement: Acknowledge that this is a full-time, front-liner Day Job specifically located at the CIB El Tagamoa El Khames Branch in New Cairo.

Technical Edge: Why End-of-Day Balancing & Counterfeit Detection matters at CIB?

Operating as a Teller at a major financial institution like CIB requires absolute precision within the core banking system. The job description explicitly highlights checking for “counterfeit currencies” and investigating “differences in balancing and reconciliation.” A teller cannot simply rely on manual counting speed; they must execute Maker-Checker protocols within the banking software to prevent financial fraud. If a teller accepts a fraudulent cheque or fails to balance their physical cash drawer with the digital settlement sheet at the end of the day, it triggers immediate internal audits and potential Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) penalties. Mastering this highly technical intersection of rapid cash handling and strict regulatory compliance is exactly what protects the bank’s liquidity and ensures branch operational excellence.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for the Teller role at CIB, the branch manager will aggressively test your integrity and risk-management logic under pressure. Do not give a generic answer about “being fast at counting money.” You must demonstrate a strict understanding of End-of-Day Balancing and AML Compliance. If asked how you would handle an impatient customer depositing a massive, unverified amount of cash right before closing time, explicitly tell the panel: “I prioritize compliance over pressure. I would use active empathy to calm the customer, but I would strictly run the cash through the counterfeit detection machine and verify their KYC identity on the core system. Ensuring the transaction complies with CBE and AML regulations to achieve a perfect daily cash position with zero shortages is my absolute priority, even if it slightly extends the serving time.” Proving your rigid adherence to banking security protocols will instantly secure your acceptance.

Technical Edge: Why Power Automate & Supplier Compliance matters at Mercedes-Benz?

Operating within the procurement division of a premium automotive giant like Mercedes-Benz requires moving beyond basic purchasing. The job explicitly highlights “process improvement and automation initiatives through Power Automate, Power BI.” In corporate procurement, managing a massive supplier database involves hundreds of compliance documents, NDAs, and RFQs (Requests for Quotation). If an intern relies on manual Excel tracking, critical vendor compliance updates can be missed. By leveraging Power Automate, an intern can build workflows that automatically email suppliers when their compliance documents expire. By feeding that data into Power BI, they provide the Procurement Manager with a real-time dashboard showing exactly which vendors are safe to tender. Mastering this intersection of digital automation and supply chain compliance transforms an administrative intern into a highly strategic Procurement Analyst.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for this Procurement Internship at Mercedes-Benz, the hiring managers will aggressively test your understanding of digital supply chain efficiency. Do not just say you “know how to use Excel.” You must speak the language of Digital Procurement Automation. If asked how you would handle a massive tendering process with 50 different suppliers, explicitly outline your technical workflow. Tell the interviewer: “I wouldn’t manually email each supplier for their documents. I would utilize Power Automate to trigger automated document collection requests. Once the data is submitted, I would use Excel to prepare the initial summary analysis, and finally link that dataset to a Power BI dashboard so the management team can visually compare supplier pricing and compliance status in real-time.” Proving your ability to automate tedious procurement tasks will instantly secure your acceptance.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for this extended co-op program, the hiring panel will test your ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks under corporate pressure. Do not give a generic answer about “loving to work with people.” You must demonstrate an understanding of HR Metrics and Data Organization. If asked how you would support the recruitment process or day-to-day operations, explicitly state your methodical workflow. Tell the interviewer: “To ensure efficiency, I would utilize advanced Excel tracking to manage candidate pipelines, specifically categorizing them by ‘Time-to-Hire’ and ‘Screening Status.’ This ensures the Talent Acquisition team can quickly identify administrative bottlenecks in the recruitment cycle, allowing us to onboard critical engineering and corporate staff faster.” Proving that you treat HR administrative support as a structured, data-driven science will instantly secure your acceptance.

Operating within the Sales Management department of a premium automotive giant like Mercedes-Benz requires moving beyond basic sales pitches into hardcore commercial operations. The job explicitly highlights assisting with “sales-related data” and ensuring “workflow efficiency.” In the automotive logistics sector, the Sales Operations team acts as the critical bridge between the showroom floor, the finance department, and the physical vehicle distribution network. If an intern fails to accurately process a sales report or mismanages a coordination task, it can bottleneck the delivery of a premium vehicle, directly damaging the brand’s luxury customer experience.
