Responsibilities (What you will do):

The selected graduate will contribute to governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and communications through the following detailed tasks:

• Documentation & Presentations: Support the development and formatting of presentations, reports, and communication materials for HR transformation initiatives.

• Project Management: Maintain governance trackers, project documentation, and RAID logs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• KPIs: Contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and consolidation of half‑year and year‑end achievements.

• Meetings Coordination: Coordinate and support meetings and workshops, including planning agendas and capturing action points.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and updates for transformation activities.

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative and organisational support, including diary management, documentation, and Teams site maintenance.

• Governance Forums: Support the wider Transformation team in preparing for key governance forums.
