Financial Ledger Operations: Assist the core finance team with daily tasks spanning Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) maintenance, and tax-related filings.

Month-End Closing: Support the finance department during the rigorous monthly financial closing process to ensure all corporate reporting is executed flawlessly and on time.

Bank Reconciliations: Assist with critical bank reconciliations and meticulous transaction reviews to proactively identify, track, and resolve daily financial discrepancies.

Data Accuracy & Entry: Perform precise financial data entry, maintaining the absolute integrity and accuracy of the company’s internal financial records.

Reporting & Analytics: Help prepare, format, and organize financial reports, accounting schedules, and complex Excel spreadsheets for senior management review.

Academic Standing: Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree specifically in Accounting, Finance, or a related commercial field (Year 2 or Year 3 students are highly preferred).

Theoretical Knowledge: Possess a solid, foundational understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and basic corporate financial concepts.

Technical Software: Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel to efficiently handle data entry, formulas, and financial schedule preparation.

Behavioral Competencies: Exhibit strong attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to manage time and meet strict corporate deadlines.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Management: Overlook the end-to-end O2C cycle, ensuring timely order entry, precise stock availability alignment, and correct application of pricing and trade terms.

Process Automation & Mapping: Support E2E automation initiatives by actively participating in process mapping to identify manual gaps and operational automation opportunities.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to validate order accuracy and resolve complex fulfillment issues.

Performance Analytics: Assist in extracting commercial data to prepare analytical reports, trackers, and dashboards focusing on order fulfillment KPIs and cycle time reduction.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute dynamically to operational projects specifically aimed at increasing data accuracy, efficiency, and commercial workflow optimization.

Academic Standing: Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate university student currently completing Year 2 or Year 3 of your degree.

Targeted Majors: Exclusively open to students studying Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Time Commitment: Be fully available to commit to an intensive, full-time 2-month summer internship schedule.

Technical Proficiency: Exhibit strong comfort working with complex operational data and demonstrate robust proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for dashboard generation.

Pulse Session Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact Pulse Sessions designed specifically to drive employee engagement across the Retail (RTL) division.

Data & Feedback Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze raw feedback generated from Pulse Sessions to prepare actionable summaries, engagement trackers, and management reports.

Ticketing System Management: Assist in managing, tracking, and resolving daily HR and Medical-related tickets within the internal corporate ticketing system.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate actively with HR stakeholders, internal teams, and external medical providers to ensure timely ticket resolutions that comply with strict HR policies.

Culture & Wellbeing Advocacy: Support continuous corporate initiatives aimed explicitly at enhancing overall workplace culture, employee well-being, and streamlined HR service delivery.

Academic Standing: Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate university student currently in Year 2 or Year 3 of your studies.
