Build your future with the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) 2026 Summer Internship Program. Join one of the region’s leading integrated real estate and community developers to gain elite, hands-on exposure to flagship megaprojects across engineering, business, and cutting-edge technology tracks.
Operating a massive real estate empire like Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) has evolved far beyond pouring concrete; it requires building “Smart Cities” (like Madinaty and Noor). The internship explicitly highlights overlapping tracks such as “Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking” alongside “Architecture” and “Urban Planning.” Modern integrated communities rely heavily on IoT (Internet of Things) devices for smart lighting, automated irrigation (managed by Landscape/Agriculture tracks), and centralized security grids. If a Computer Science intern understands how to secure the city’s network from ethical hacking threats, while an Urban Planning intern ensures the physical infrastructure aligns with environmental engineering standards, they directly contribute to the sustainability of the mega-city. Mastering this integration of digital security and physical urban development is what makes TMG the region’s top developer.
When applying through the TMG Microsoft Form, you must select your “Preferred Department” and “Major” from a massive list. The hiring managers will test your specific technical alignment during the interview. Do not give a generic answer about “loving real estate.” If you are applying for the Civil Engineering or Architecture tracks, explicitly mention BIM (Building Information Modeling). Tell the interviewer: “I understand that managing a flagship project like Noor City requires zero clashes between mechanical and structural designs. My goal is to utilize BIM software to visualize these architectural overlaps before construction begins, saving the company time and materials.” If applying for Finance, mention tracking the ROI of these massive construction phases. Proving that your academic skills directly save the company money or time will instantly secure your acceptance.
Q: Who is eligible to apply based on their university year?
A: The TMG Summer Internship is highly inclusive, explicitly allowing active university students from all academic years (from 1st-year freshmen to 5th-year engineering seniors) to apply.
Q: What is the exact timeline and duration of the internship rounds?
A: The internship is divided into five specific rounds throughout the summer. Applicants must select their preferred start date: Round 1 (July 1), Round 2 (July 16), Round 3 (Aug 1), Round 4 (Aug 16), or Round 5 (Sept 1).
Q: Do I need to be an Engineering student to apply for the TMG internship?
A: No, while TMG is a real estate developer, they operate a massive corporate network. The portal explicitly accepts a wide variety of non-engineering faculties, including Commerce, Business, Law, Computer Science, Mass Communication, and even Agriculture and Archaeology.
