Targeted Majors: Strictly targeting students majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI, or Cybersecurity.

Linguistic & Soft Skills: Exhibit an excellent command of spoken and written English, paired with strong communication skills, a positive team spirit, and a highly agile mindset.

Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of strategic digital marketing campaigns and online initiatives to enhance brand visibility within the pharmaceutical industry.

Social Media Coordination: Coordinate, support, and actively manage daily social media activities, including scheduled postings and digital content curation across various platforms.

Analytics & Reporting: Track digital campaign performance meticulously and prepare foundational analytics reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Content Creation: Support the core digital team in crafting compelling content and executing high-value digital communication activities targeted at healthcare professionals and patients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, integrating digital marketing efforts directly with the Marketing, Sales, and Medical departments.

Academic Standing: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree specifically in Pharmacy. This role is exclusively targeted at recent Fresh Graduates.

Digital Foundation: Possess basic foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing methodologies, digital tools, and current social media management concepts.

Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is strictly required for data reporting.

Preferred Skills (Plus): Prior experience or basic capabilities with Data Analytics and Content Creation tools are considered a significant advantage in the selection process.

Industry Agility: Must exhibit the motivation and enthusiasm to stay continuously updated on emerging digital marketing trends, specifically applying them to the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector.

Domain Immersion: Engage in immersive, hands-on learning across critical banking technology domains, including Data Science, Data Analytics, and IT Support & Operations.

Enterprise Information Management: Gain real-world exposure to managing complex financial data and maintaining operational stability within a highly secure back-office environment.
