Production Engineering (Salhya): Shadow engineers across critical manufacturing sections including machining, fiber, seats, welding, sheeting, painting, CKD (Completely Knocked Down), and finishing.

Service Engineering – Buses & Trucks (Obour, Alexandria, Aga): Gain deep knowledge of automotive systems (Engine, Transmission, Brakes, A/C). Shadow technicians in unit repair (overhauls) and prepare technical reports to improve repair cycles.

Service Engineering – Passenger Cars (Obour): Assist in critical periodic maintenance, including changing automatic gearbox filters/oil, checking for oil leakages, changing fuel filter spark plugs, and testing radiator leakages.

Software Development (Obour): Develop applications using ASP.NET (WebForm/MVC), SQL Server Data, and front-end styling (CSS, HTML, Bootstrap) while assisting in technical design documentation and testing.

IT Technical Support (Obour): Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows/Linux applications, assist in LAN/WAN networking issues, and deploy new enterprise IT equipment.

HR Specialist (Obour): Assist in end-to-end recruitment screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating the MCV internship and training logistics, and performing administrative HR support.

Accountant (Obour): (General commercial and financial responsibilities tailored to undergraduate corporate exposure).

Academic Standing: Exclusively open to active undergraduate students. Final-year (graduating) students are explicitly excluded from all tracks. (IT/Software tracks accept students from the 2nd year up to the year before graduation).

Targeted Majors (Engineering): Mechanical Automotive & Tractors (highly preferred for Service roles), Mechanical Power, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Design & Production.

Targeted Majors (IT & Corporate): Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration (HR major preferred), and Commerce.

Linguistic & Soft Skills: Must exhibit a good to excellent command of the English language, paired with ambition, eagerness to learn, and very good teamwork capabilities.

Application Protocol: Candidates must create a profile on the official MCV HCM portal and apply under the “Internships” tab before the strict deadline on June 10, 2026.

Time Commitment: Interns must be available to complete the internship during June, July, or August for a duration of one month or two weeks (as per company policy).

Domain Immersion: Engage in immersive, hands-on learning across critical banking technology domains, including Data Science, Data Analytics, and IT Support & Operations.

Enterprise Information Management: Gain real-world exposure to managing complex financial data and maintaining operational stability within a highly secure back-office environment.

Security & Resilience: Apply theoretical tech knowledge to practical banking scenarios, learning how to safeguard infrastructure and maintain systemic resilience in the digital era.

Mentorship Engagement: Participate actively in specialized training modules and receive structured mentorship from experienced technology leaders at CIB.

Target Demographic: This program is an exclusive developmental initiative strictly designed and open for female candidates only.

Academic Standing: Must be a final-year university student to legally qualify for this specific senior-student pipeline.

Targeted Majors: Exclusively open to students actively pursuing degrees in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent tech fields.

GPA Requirement: Must hold a proven academic track record with a strictly enforced minimum cumulative grade of “Good” or above.

Location Availability: Must be capable of commuting to and operating on-site at the CIB headquarters located in Smart Village (Building 4), Giza.
