Full job description

Shape the future of Enterprise AI with the Vodafone Business AI Academy in Giza. Rotate across AI Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to design, sell, and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLM solutions for global enterprise clients. Core Responsibilities Rotational...

Core Responsibilities

Rotational Immersion: Rotate dynamically across three core business pillars—AI Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery—gaining 360-degree hands-on experience in the entire lifecycle of Enterprise AI.
Solution Design & Architecture: Design, build, and deliver cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions alongside industry experts to accelerate digital transformation for corporate clients.
Commercial Pre-Sales Support: Bridge technical AI capabilities with commercial business value, actively supporting pre-sales teams in pitching Generative AI and LLM solutions to enterprise stakeholders.
Live Project Deployment: Collaborate directly on live customer projects to implement and deliver scalable AI, Cloud, and IoT solutions across diverse corporate industries.

Required Qualifications

Academic Standing: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems (BIS), Business Informatics, or Business Administration (with proven AI exposure).
Experience Level: Exclusively open to ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals possessing 0 to 2 years of experience.
AI Technical Literacy: Demonstrate a solid foundational understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning.
Commercial Acumen: Possess strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and an aggressive passion for technology-driven problem-solving.
Communication & Presentation: Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.

Technical Edge: Why Agentic AI & Pre-Sales Engineering matters at Vodafone Business?

Operating in the enterprise arm of Vodafone requires far more than basic machine learning coding; it requires mastering the commercialization of Enterprise AI. The program explicitly highlights rotating through “Pre-Sales” and deploying “Agentic AI & LLMs.” In B2B tech sales, clients do not buy raw Python code; they buy business outcomes. An engineer in this academy must understand how to connect an autonomous Agentic AI workflow to an enterprise’s legacy CRM or ERP system via APIs. Understanding how to calculate the ROI of an AI copilot and demonstrating how it reduces corporate operational costs transforms a junior technologist into an elite AI Solution Architect capable of closing multi-million-pound digital transformation contracts.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for the Vodafone Business AI Academy, the panel will aggressively test your ability to bridge the gap between technical AI architecture and commercial business value. Do not just say you “know how to prompt ChatGPT.” You must demonstrate an understanding of Enterprise LLM Integration and ROI. If asked how you would pitch a GenAI solution to an enterprise client, outline a structured consultative approach. Tell the interviewer: “I would not start by discussing model parameters. I would first identify the client’s operational bottleneck. If their technical support is backlogged, I would propose an Agentic AI workflow powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tied to their internal knowledge base, mathematically showing them how it will deflect 40% of tier-1 tickets and increase operational efficiency.” Proving you speak both the language of code and the language of profit will instantly secure your acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the duration and structure of the Vodafone Business AI Academy?
A: The AI Academy is an intensive, 6-month rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience across three key enterprise domains: AI Product Management, Pre-Sales Consulting, and Solution Delivery.

Q: Who is eligible to apply for this program?
A: The program is strictly targeted at fresh graduates and early-career professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience holding degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with AI exposure.

Q: Do I need hardcore software development experience to qualify?
A: No. Because the academy covers Pre-Sales and Product Management alongside Delivery, candidates with commercial or business informatics backgrounds who understand AI concepts (LLMs, GenAI, Machine Learning) are strongly encouraged to apply.

IT Operational Risk Incidents Officer | HD Bank

Giza, Egypt

Raya Holding for Financial Investments

Negotiable

Full job description

Protect the digital and financial infrastructure of Housing & Development Bank (HD Bank) as an IT Operational Risk Incidents Officer in Giza. Analyze IT outages, monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and prevent financial losses across the bank’s central systems and...

Core Responsibilities

Incident Analysis & Root Cause: Analyze and monitor IT and operational incidents by identifying root causes, recurrence rates, financial losses, and the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
Operational Loss Database Management: Maintain and ensure the absolute accuracy of the bank’s operational loss database, coordinating with branches and central departments to correct incomplete records.
Audit Data Reconciliation: Review and reconcile operational incident data with findings from Internal Audit and Operations to ensure complete data accuracy and audit readiness.
KRI Development & Monitoring: Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), analyzing any breaches of approved risk thresholds and recommending strategic corrective actions to management.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational risk reports covering losses and KRIs, while evaluating branch performance in addressing operational risks.

Required Qualifications

Academic Standing: Must hold a relevant University degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
Experience Level: Requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in operational risk, IT auditing, or banking operations.
Preferred Training: Possessing specialized training courses or professional certifications in Information Systems is highly preferred.
Analytical Competencies: Demonstrate strong capabilities in root-cause analysis, financial data reconciliation, and risk threshold monitoring within financial environments.

Technical Edge: Why Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) & Operational Loss Databases matter at HD Bank?

Operating within the IT and Risk division of a major institution like Housing & Development Bank (HD Bank) requires moving far beyond basic IT helpdesk troubleshooting. The job description explicitly highlights developing “Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)” and maintaining an “operational loss database.” In modern banking, an IT system outage or a software glitch doesn’t just interrupt work; it can cause massive financial loss or data corruption. An IT Operational Risk Officer must establish KRIs—such as tracking the frequency of system downtime or unauthorized access attempts—to predict system failures before they occur. Reconciling this incident data with Internal Audit findings ensures the bank maintains a zero-trust security posture and complies with strict Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) operational risk frameworks.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for this IT Operational Risk role at HD Bank, the hiring panel will aggressively test your diagnostic logic and data reconciliation capabilities. Do not give a generic answer about “checking system logs.” You must demonstrate an understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and KRI Thresholds. If asked how you would respond to an IT incident that caused a financial loss at a branch, explicitly outline your technical workflow. Tell the interviewer: “I would not just log the loss in the database. I would execute a Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys framework) to determine whether the failure was due to a software bug, network latency, or human error. Then, I would reconcile the loss data with Internal Audit findings, update our Operational Loss Database, and adjust the relevant Key Risk Indicator (KRI) threshold to prevent the incident from recurring across our branch network.” Proving your systematic, risk-mitigating logic will instantly secure your acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the minimum experience required for this HD Bank role?
A: The position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in operational risk, IT, or banking operations.

Q: Do I need a specific degree in Computer Science to apply?
A: A relevant degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred, especially when combined with specialized Information Systems training courses.

Q: Where is this HD Bank position physically located?
A: This full-time corporate risk role is based on-site at the HD Bank facilities located in Giza (Al Jizah), Egypt.

Operating the Total Rewards division of a massive financial investment conglomerate like Raya Holding requires transitioning from traditional administrative HR to hardcore “Data-Driven HR.” The job description explicitly requires assisting in “HR analytics” and “offer pay calculations” using “Microsoft Excel.” In corporate compensation, ensuring “Internal Equity” versus “External Competitiveness” is an exact financial science. An intern who can utilize Advanced Excel (such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and logical IF statements) to cross-reference market salary surveys against Raya’s internal grading structure ensures the company attracts top talent without breaking the annual payroll budget. Mastering this intersection of human capital management and quantitative financial modeling is exactly what elevates an intern into a highly strategic HR Business Partner.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

Do not just say you “know how to use Excel and love helping employees.” You must speak the language of Internal Equity and Data Security. If asked how you would calculate an offer for a new hire, explicitly outline your technical workflow. Tell the interviewer: “I would not guess a number. Simultaneously, I would ensure the offer aligns strictly with Raya’s internal salary grading structure to maintain Internal Equity and morale, all while keeping the data absolutely confidential.” Proving your strategic, mathematical approach to HR will instantly secure your acceptance.

Operating the Internal Communications division of a massive financial investment conglomerate like Raya Holding requires transitioning from traditional administrative emails to “Data-Driven Internal Marketing.” The job description explicitly requires tracking “engagement metrics” and utilizing design tools like “Canva.” In today’s highly competitive job market, maintaining employee retention and high morale requires treating employees like valued customers. An intern who understands how to utilize Canva to design a compelling digital newsletter, and then uses tracking tools (like Mailchimp or internal HR dashboards) to analyze the “Open Rate” and “Click-Through Rate” of that newsletter, directly influences corporate culture. 2 months ago

Negotiable

Full job description

Launch your retail banking career with Commercial International Bank (CIB) as a Teller at the Tanta Branch in Gharbia. Act as the vital front-line face of the bank, executing high-volume cash transactions, managing ATM operations, and delivering superior customer service...

Core Responsibilities

Cash & Counter Operations: Process all cash and non-cash counter transactions accurately, maintaining an absolute zero cash shortage or excess to ensure maximum control over the branch’s cash balance.
ATM Management: Perform all ATM functions, including preparing daily proof sheets, handling captured cards, replenishing on-site machines, and reporting any malfunctions for immediate repair.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Investigate thoroughly any discrepancies in cash balancing by following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain accurate checking of all end-of-day reports.
Compliance & Fraud Detection: Check meticulously for counterfeit currencies, fraudulent cheques, and fake identities, adhering strictly to CBE regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Digital Migration & Cross-Selling: Introduce alternative digital channels to customers to reduce branch traffic, and proactively cross-sell bank products based on customer needs to achieve branch KPIs.
Customer Experience: Handle customer requests efficiently within bank standards for average waiting and serving times, escalating complex problems to the Head Teller or Operations Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Academic Standing: Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree specifically in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or an exact equivalent.
Experience Level: Exclusively open to ambitious Fresh Graduates (0 years) up to junior banking professionals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Behavioral Competencies: Must be highly process-oriented and service-oriented, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mitigating operational risks.
Linguistic & Technical Skills: Exhibit a good command of both English and Arabic languages, paired with adept proficiency in using basic software such as MS Office, internet portals, and email.
Geographic Placement: Acknowledge that this is a full-time, front-liner Day Job specifically located at the CIB Tanta Branch in Gharbia.

Technical Edge: Why End-of-Day Balancing & Counterfeit Detection matters at CIB?

Operating as a Teller at a major financial institution like CIB requires absolute precision within the core banking system. The job description explicitly highlights checking for “counterfeit currencies” and investigating “differences in balancing and reconciliation.” A teller cannot simply rely on manual counting speed; they must execute Maker-Checker protocols within the banking software to prevent financial fraud. If a teller accepts a fraudulent cheque or fails to balance their physical cash drawer with the digital settlement sheet at the end of the day, it triggers immediate internal audits and potential Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) penalties. Mastering this highly technical intersection of rapid cash handling and strict regulatory compliance is exactly what protects the bank’s liquidity and ensures branch operational excellence.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for the Teller role at CIB, the branch manager will aggressively test your integrity and risk-management logic under pressure. Do not give a generic answer about “being fast at counting money.” You must demonstrate a strict understanding of End-of-Day Balancing and AML Compliance. If asked how you would handle an impatient customer depositing a massive, unverified amount of cash right before closing time, explicitly tell the panel: “I prioritize compliance over pressure. I would use active empathy to calm the customer, but I would strictly run the cash through the counterfeit detection machine and verify their KYC identity on the core system. Ensuring the transaction complies with CBE and AML regulations to achieve a perfect daily cash position with zero shortages is my absolute priority, even if it slightly extends the serving time.” Proving your rigid adherence to banking security protocols will instantly secure your acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Where is this specific CIB branch position located?

Customer Resolution & Escalation: Apply professional telephone etiquette to effectively control calls, liaising proactively with other backend departments to ensure the proper closure of pending customer requests.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Comply absolutely with all relevant Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations, banking laws, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and internal CIB policies to mitigate operational risks.

Required Qualifications

Academic Standing: Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree specifically in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or an exact equivalent commercial discipline.
Experience Level: Exclusively open to highly motivated Fresh Graduates (0 years) or junior candidates with a maximum of 1 year of professional experience.
Employment Type: Acknowledge that this is an “Outsourced” position, meaning you will officially represent CIB but will be legally contracted through a specialized third-party vendor.
Linguistic & Technical Skills: Exhibit an excellent command of both English and Arabic languages, paired with proficient usage of the MS Office suite.
Operational Agility: Must be a reliable, energetic, and cooperative team player possessing the flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule to support continuous banking operations.

Technical Edge: Why Average Handling Time (AHT) & AML Compliance matters at CIB?

Operating the contact center for Egypt’s leading private sector bank requires an absolute mastery of both speed and security. The job explicitly requires improving “Average Handling Time” while complying with “AML regulations.” When an agent receives a call to unblock a frozen credit card or execute a transfer, they are the bank’s first line of defense against cyber fraud and financial crimes. The agent must flawlessly execute strict KYC (Know Your Customer) authentication protocols on the telephony system before assisting the client. Mastering the technical transition between rigorous security authentication and rapid First Call Resolution (FCR) is what prevents operational bottlenecks in the call queue and protects the bank’s massive financial assets.

Recru Eg Golden Advice for the Interview

When interviewing for this outsourced Contact Center role at CIB, the hiring panel will aggressively test your ability to handle emotional clients while maintaining strict central bank compliance. Do not give a generic answer like “I will apologize and listen.” You must demonstrate the “Secure Resolution Workflow.” If asked how you would handle an angry customer whose credit card was declined internationally, outline your exact steps. Tell the interviewer: “First, I would use active empathy to de-escalate the frustration. However, before discussing any financial data, I would strictly authenticate their identity using CIB’s KYC protocols. Once verified, I would use the telephony CRM to trace the specific decline error code—such as an unflagged travel restriction—resolve it instantly on the system to keep my AHT low, and then accurately document the interaction code to ensure 100% audit compliance.” Proving you can balance empathy, security, and speed will instantly secure your acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What does “Outsourced” mean for this CIB Contact Center position?
A: “Outsourced” means you will act as the official representative of CIB Egypt, handling bank clients and internal systems, but your employment contract, payroll, and direct HR administration will be handled by a specialized third-party agency partnered with the bank.

A: No, prior experience is not required. CIB explicitly welcomes fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of experience, making it an ideal entry point to launch your banking career.

Q: What are the expected working hours for this position?
A: Because banking contact centers operate continuously to serve customers globally, candidates must possess the absolute flexibility to work on a “Rotating Shift” basis, which may include nights and weekends.

If asked how you would handle revamping an outdated consulting presentation under a tight deadline, explicitly outline your technical workflow. Tell the interviewer: “I wouldn’t just change the colors randomly. I would first audit the slides against SAP’s strict Brand Guidelines. Then, I would utilize advanced PowerPoint Master Slides to enforce template consistency, and apply approved AI tools to quickly summarize the complex IT architecture text into clean, digestible infographics, ensuring the final deliverable is both visually stunning and highly persuasive for the client.” Proving your systematic, tech-driven approach to design will instantly secure your acceptance.
