Take the wheel and drive your future forward with Abou Ghaly Motors’ 2026 Summer Internship Program. Join one of Egypt’s leading automotive organizations to gain hands-on experience, participate in real business projects, and receive professional mentoring across dynamic engineering and commercial operations.
Operating a massive automotive conglomerate like Abou Ghaly Motors requires moving far beyond simply selling cars in a showroom. The internship explicitly highlights modern tracks like “Digital Transformation” and “Mobility | Sixt.” The automotive industry is rapidly shifting towards “Mobility as a Service” (MaaS). For a Digital Transformation or Mobility intern, understanding how to utilize data analytics to track fleet utilization rates for Sixt, or how to digitize the Aftersales service booking process, is critical. By automating these touchpoints, the company reduces operational friction and increases the Lifetime Value (LTV) of the customer. Mastering this intersection of physical automotive hardware and digital consumer software is what transforms an intern into a future-ready automotive leader.
When applying through the Abou Ghaly Motors portal, you are forced to choose your specific department of interest. Do not give a generic interview answer about “loving fast cars.” You must tailor your pitch to the exact commercial or technical reality of your chosen track. If you are applying for Automotive | Aftersales, explicitly mention your understanding of Customer Retention and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Tell the hiring manager: “I understand that while Sales sells the first car, Aftersales sells the second. My goal is to utilize data tracking to optimize the service center’s repair cycle time, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and preventing post-purchase churn.” Proving your commercial awareness in the automotive lifecycle will instantly secure your acceptance.
