Academic Standing: Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate university student currently in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th academic year.

Targeted Majors: Dubizzle operates on a highly inclusive hiring model; applicants from all academic backgrounds and majors are explicitly welcome and encouraged to apply.

Tenure & Time Commitment: Must be fully available to commit to an intensive, full-time 4-week program starting precisely on the 1st of your assigned summer month (June, July, or August 2026).

Program Extension: Must possess the flexibility to adapt, as the initial 4-week internship may be officially extended based on specific business needs and your personal performance.

Geographic Availability: Acknowledge that this is a strict on-site role. Applicants must be physically capable of commuting daily to the Dubizzle Headquarters located in New Cairo, Egypt.

Rotational Immersion: Participate in a dynamic 1-year rotational program, shifting every 2-3 months across various sub-functions within your assigned department to gain comprehensive end-to-end operational exposure.

KPI Achievement: Take direct responsibility for the execution of day-to-day plans and achieving strictly agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within your designated corporate track.

Direct Reporting & Alignment: Report directly to specific line managers during each sub-function rotation, ensuring your daily deliverables actively align with the department’s overarching business objectives.

Skill Enhancement: Actively participate in personalized development plans and continuous skill-building workshops focusing on technical aptitude and professional corporate communication.

Corporate Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to all Nestlé corporate principles, internal policies, occupational safety guidelines, and local legal regulations.

Track Selection: Applicants will be placed into specific corporate tracks including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Business Services, or Technical operations.
