Please read the following terms carefully before completing any purchase:

1. Employer Packages

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund within (7 days) of the purchase date, provided that the package has not been activated, no job advertisements have been posted, and no package credits (such as viewing CVs) have been consumed.
  • Non-Refundable: Once the package is activated and any part of its features is used (e.g., posting a single job or unlocking a resume), the package becomes entirely non-refundable.

2. Student & Career Development Services (CV & LinkedIn)

This category includes services such as CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and other customized career services.

  • Before Execution: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within (24 hours) of payment, provided our team or experts have not yet begun working on your file.
  • After Delivery: Because these services rely on dedicated human time and effort, refunds are not permitted once the first or final draft has been delivered to you.
  • Quality Guarantee: In lieu of refunds, we are committed to providing a revision and modification process (as outlined in the specific service details at the time of purchase) to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final result.

3. “Ad-Free Browsing” Service

  • This is a digital subscription that activates instantly. Once the subscription is activated, the current billing period is non-refundable.
  • You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time to prevent future charges. You will continue to enjoy an ad-free browsing experience until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4. Store Services (Ready-Made Digital Products)

  • Any digital products that are instantly downloadable upon payment completion (such as ready-made templates, digital guides, or eBooks) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be “returned” once downloaded.

5. Technical Faults & Issues

We fully guarantee your rights in the event of any technical error on our end. If you have been charged but did not receive the service, or if you encountered a technical issue on the Recru platform that prevented you from fully utilizing your purchased service, please contact us immediately. Upon reviewing the issue and verifying the system fault, you will be compensated with an alternative service or a full refund.
