Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all transactions are in line with the latest policies and procedures of Banque Misr, including compliance with the Bank’s compliance and “Know Your Customer” standards.
• Execute a variety of transactions and services that include accepting payments for different types of accounts, cashing checks, checking account balances, and transferring funds.
• Identify sales referrals
• Ensure that the cash drawer is balanced with the reconciliation sheet and recover any shortfall/excess.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 0-3 years in banking services in the branch network
• University degree (Graduation year: 2021 – 2024)
• Minimum graduation degree: Good
• English language proficiency
• Excellent computer skills, especially (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal skills (communication and presentation skills)
• Not tested by Banque Misr
• No relatives up to the third degree
