Job Purpose:

Perform the activities of the Inward and Outward Documentary Collections to ensure customer service quality, accuracy and time efficiency of these activities is maintained.

Key Accountabilities:

• Examination of all documents (commercial and financial) presented under Inward Documentary Collections.

• Register of documents sent from the correspondent bank on the system.

• Preparation & passing all financial transactions in the system

• Inward and Outward documentary collection process

• Daily, weekly and monthly reports

Education & Experience:

• 0-2 years of banking sector experience.

• Knowledge of banking sector, practice, tools and techniques.
